They diagnosed and confirmed the problem, gave me a quote and an expected turnaround of about 1 week. I was called 2 days later with a completed vehicle and the expense was spot on. Their customer service was honest and friendly. I will be taking all of my vehicles to them in the future.

I have tried at least a dozen different places in the Odessa and Midland area; none of them have been worth two cents. I found BB Automotive. In speaking with them for 2 minutes, I knew I had finally found some mechanics that not only knew what they were doing (they are definitely not part changers) but would also give you an honest assessment without trying to milk you for money or make up additional problems to get more money. I will not take my trucks or cars anywhere else, and I am on the opposite side of Odessa from them--takes me an hour or so to get there. They are good, honest guys; and I doubt you can find anybody else in the Permian Basin area like them. Highly recommend them!
